About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information management, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry.
• At least 5 years of experience developing and managing business continuity and disaster recovery programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of DRII Professional Practices.
• Prior knowledge and experience with business continuity management software.
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Proven influencing skills and ability to create and drive strategy.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Solid project management skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Availability for on-call after-hours response to emergency issues.

• Certification(s) in business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise recovery-plan data, including emergency contacts, processes, and business impact analyses.
• Develop, implement, and test disaster recovery procedures and plans, and maintain supporting documentation.
• Review and analyze business impacts for each business unit, tracking status and risks.
• Coordinate tabletop exercises and business-unit meetings related to continuity planning, and report findings to the Board of Directors at least annually.
• Review systems and applications and document business continuity tier levels and testing strategies.
• Respond to emergencies and data losses, mitigate incidents, and plan measures to prevent future incidents in collaboration with the Bank’s Incident Management Team.
• Manage and maintain the emergency alert notification system.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
