Responsibilities

• Make daily in-person business-to-business sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses in the assigned territory.
• Build professional relationships and establish trust and rapport with customers.
• Connect with key decision-makers and schedule appointments to present supplemental benefits programs to employees in group presentation or enrollment-style settings.
• Report daily sales statistics at the end of each day.
• Submit a work schedule and goals to the team leader at the beginning of each week.
• Attend business networking events in the territory to develop leads and referrals.
• Periodically and systematically re-service existing client accounts.
• Enter business client information into the CRM weekly.
• Initiate and close sales and schedule follow-ups with clients.
