About The Position

Requirements

• Squatting, bending, kneeling is required.
• Carrying weight that exceeds 25 lbs with one arm and many duties that require carrying weight of 50 lbs with both arms is required.
• Scrubbing walls/floors, walking and standing for periods of 6 hours or more per shift is required.
• Include attendance, team work, initiative, dependability, promptness and trust worthiness.
• Work primarily indoors in a bar/lounge/restaurant environment.
• Exposure to sharp and rapid equipment movement hazards, sharp utensils, extremely hot stoves, gills and food items, and dangerous chemicals/solvents if proper safety procedures are not followed.
• black collared shirt provided by NEST/ black slacks/ black slip resistant shoes / black belt / black or white socks / name badge

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a pleasant and timely manner.
• Ensure that work stations are stocked/filled before and after every shift.
• Advise supervisor of any member/guest complaints.
• Attend all meetings/training sessions requested by the supervisor.
• Keep all Food and Beverage areas clean at all times and assist with up-keep of all equipment.
• Serve food and beverage items that meet Nest's standards.
• Maintain responsibility for all guest checks and turn them into your supervisor or designated area.
• Serve food and beverage according to Kiln Golf Club & Resort's standards and procedures.
• Handle any problem that might arise both courteously and professionally.
• Set-up and break down tables, chairs, theme decorations and other equipment as requested.
• Operate within all guidelines, policies and standards.
• Maintains a neat and clean work space.
• Practiced good hygiene and personal appearance.
• Ensure complete guest satisfaction from start to finish.
• Perform all duties necessary before and after breakfast/lunch/dinner service in accordance with Kiln Creek Golf Club & Resort's policy's and standards.
