About The Position

The Premium Bartender serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in premium areas at Enmarket Arena. The role calls for a personable, professional employee who can work in a fast-paced, changing environment, maintain excellent attendance, and work scheduled events according to business needs. Bartenders provide guest service in accordance with company standards, follow bar pre-shift notes and menus, and comply with regulations and procedures for serving alcohol. The position pays $12.50–$14.50 per hour and is tip eligible. The posting remains open until February 5, 2027.

Requirements

Six months or more of bartending experience.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
Ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances.
Ability to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
Ability to lift heavy objects.

Nice To Haves

Bartending school is preferred.

Responsibilities

Meet company standards for guest service, interactions with coworkers, and uniform standards.
Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus and provide service as described.
Serve alcoholic beverages according to proper procedures and applicable state and federal regulations.
Learn or maintain knowledge of available beer, wine, and spirits, and suggestively upsell products to guests.
Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company serving-size standards.
Check guest identification to verify the minimum age for purchasing alcoholic beverages.
Communicate a cutoff to guests when required and respond to customer requests or concerns.
De-escalate situations involving intoxicated guests; contact management or security when a guest becomes confrontational, belligerent, or uses extreme profanity.
Contact a manager when unable to resolve an issue or when a decision is beyond the scope of standard decision-making.
Request or restock products as needed.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained.
Perform other assigned duties, including setting up and breaking down bar equipment and helping organize the cooler.
