About The Position

The Premium Barback supports bartenders in premium clubs and suites by restocking products and supplies throughout events, helping ensure bar operations run smoothly, and following policies and procedures for alcohol service. The role includes maintaining clean, orderly, and operable bar areas and equipment, upholding high standards in VIP areas, and helping identify visibly intoxicated guests so bartenders can be alerted. Excellent attendance and availability to work scheduled events according to business needs are required. The position pays $14.00–$16.00 per hour and is tip eligible. Requirements

Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with employees, co-workers, management, and guests.
Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit.
Ability to perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages, as they relate to product inventory.
Ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances.
Ability to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
Ability to lift heavy objects frequently.

Responsibilities

Stock bar products, including non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, and ice wells.
Sweep and mop the bar, move kegs into and out of keg coolers, and tap kegs.
Draft beer and pour wine for guest orders.
Replenish bartenders’ supplies, including fruit, napkins, cups, utensils, and stirrers.
Ensure location equipment is clean and operable before events begin.
Maintain the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas using sanitation procedures, including mopping floors, cleaning and stacking floor mats, emptying and relining trash cans, and keeping closets clear of debris and clutter.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the VIP Club and Suites areas.
Recognize guests who are visibly intoxicated and alert bartenders.
Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
Meet the company standard for excellent attendance and work scheduled events as required by business needs.
