About The Position

The Barback is responsible for cleaning and maintaining beverage stations and equipment in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Hollywood Casino standards. The role supports profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals by maintaining restaurant bar and service bar areas, replenishing beverage stock and supplies, removing empty bottles and trash, preparing fruit garnishes, and receiving, issuing, and recording liquor supplies. The Barback serves as a backup for the Bartender when necessary and promotes outstanding guest service. The position requires regular and consistent attendance and teamwork with servers, venue hosts, supervisors, and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation. Necessary training will be provided.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, including operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, and other instructions.
• Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain beverage stations and beverage equipment in accordance with applicable health and casino standards.
• Clean beverage areas in assigned restaurant bar stations and service bar stations.
• Provide and replenish beverage stock and supplies.
• Remove empty bottles and trash.
• Prepare fruit for use as garnishes.
• Receive and issue liquor supplies and keep necessary records.
• Serve as backup for the Bartender when necessary.
• Promote outstanding guest service.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
• Work with servers, venue hosts, supervisors, and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
