About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a part-time Barback to support bartenders and help provide Players with a fun, seamless experience. The role involves keeping the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice; cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils; and collecting empty glasses and bottles. Barbacks work alongside bartenders and other Playmakers to keep service running smoothly and contribute to memorable Player experiences. They are expected to follow safety and sanitation standards, maintain a clean and safe bar, and demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. Applicants must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and hold any responsible beverage service certifications required by law. The role is physically active and requires standing and walking for much of the shift, frequent movement between tasks, and the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by ensuring they have the supplies needed to serve drinks.
• Stock the bar with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
• Clean glassware, equipment, and utensils, and keep the bar area organized.
• Collect empty glasses and bottles to support smooth drink service.
• Work with bartenders and other Playmakers to keep service running smoothly and create positive Player experiences.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant bar.
