About The Position

Topgolf is seeking a fun-loving, dedicated, and caring Barback to help create enjoyable, seamless experiences for Players. The Barback supports bartenders by keeping the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice; cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils; and collecting empty glasses and bottles. The role involves collaborating with bartenders and other Playmakers, maintaining a clean and safe bar, following safety and sanitation standards, and representing Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.

This is an active, high-volume role requiring frequent movement and time on your feet. Barbacks must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as bend, stoop, and carry items. Candidates must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and retain any responsible beverage service certifications required by law. Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by ensuring they have the supplies needed to serve drinks.
• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
• Clean glassware, equipment, and utensils and maintain an organized bar area.
• Collect empty glasses and bottles to support uninterrupted drink service.
• Work alongside bartenders and other Playmakers to deliver smooth service and positive Player experiences.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant.
