About The Position

The Barback is responsible for cleaning and maintaining beverage stations and equipment in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Hollywood Casino standards. The role supports profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals by keeping bar areas supplied and operating smoothly. Duties include cleaning bar stations, replenishing beverage stock, removing waste, preparing garnishes, maintaining liquor supply records, and serving as a backup for the Bartender when needed. The Barback promotes outstanding guest service and works collaboratively with servers, venue hosts, supervisors, and kitchen staff. Training will be provided.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, including operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, and other instructions.
• Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
• Must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain beverage stations and beverage equipment according to Pennsylvania Department of Health and Hollywood Casino standards.
• Clean beverage areas in assigned restaurant bar stations and service bar stations.
• Provide and replenish beverage stock and supplies.
• Remove empty bottles and trash.
• Prepare fruit for use as garnishes.
• Receive and issue liquor supplies and maintain necessary records.
• Serve as backup for the Bartender when necessary.
• Promote outstanding guest service on a continual basis.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
• Work as a team member with servers, venue hosts, supervisors, and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
