About The Position

Oak View Group is hiring a part-time Concessions Barback at Acrisure Arena. The role is responsible for stocking alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, preparing fruit and garnishes, and keeping bar supplies and ice replenished. The employee must be personable and professional, work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment, maintain excellent attendance, and be available for scheduled events according to business needs. The position pays $20.00 per hour and is tip eligible. Part-time benefits include a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. The position will remain open until December 31, 2026.

Requirements

Six months or more of experience as a barback.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
Must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

Replenish beer, liquor, wine, mixers, juices, garnishes, ice, cups, napkins, and other bar supplies throughout events.
Support bartenders by restocking, retrieving supplies, preparing garnishes, and helping maintain an efficient workflow during busy service periods.
Keep bar areas, countertops, storage spaces, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, and free of clutter.
Maintain adequate ice levels, restock refrigerated products, and ensure beverages are stored properly.
Interact professionally and courteously with guests and coworkers to support a positive guest experience.
Follow applicable health department requirements, food safety procedures, sanitation standards, and arena policies.
Assist with bar setup before events and with breakdown, cleaning, restocking, and securing supplies after events.
Communicate with bartenders, supervisors, concessions staff, and other departments to support smooth operations.
Request additional products or restock products as needed.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained.
Set up and break down bar equipment as required and assist with organizing the cooler.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
