About The Position

Requirements

• Journeyman level experience (3 to 10 years) related to the functional duties.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• FMS case experience required.
• Strong written communications skills for drafting complex agreements and memorandums.
• Secret Clearance required.

Nice To Haves

• Aviation or weapons systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical and administrative processes required to transfer military equipment to international partners.
• Advise stakeholders on applicable International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
• Demonstrate initiative and contribute to a multi-discipline, rapid action team.
• Draft Letters of Request (LOR) and Letters of Acceptance (LOA).
• Interpret and apply Arms Export Control Act, ITAR, EAR and National Disclosure Policy.
• Develop artifacts for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases.
• Track multiple cases through planning and initial stages.
• Assist in the Technical Security and Foreign Disclosure process.
