About The Position

The Help Desk Analyst provides first-line technical support to front office staff and game-day operations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in a fast-paced, high-availability sports environment where uptime is critical.

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic understanding of Windows and/or macOS environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in time-sensitive situations.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) preferred.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS/Android) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and standard applications.
  • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner, both remotely and on-site.
  • Support game-day technology operations, ensuring systems are functioning before, during, and after events.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN access, and user account management.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, including device setup and access provisioning.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and IT assists.
  • Participate in system updates, patching and routing maintenance tasks.
  • Maintains upmost confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.
