About The Position

Join the Team That Moves People! Parking Coordinator & Shuttle Driver Location: Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) Type: Full-Time | Evening Shifts | Must be available to work through 2:00 AM We are currently hiring for an Evening Schedule. Your Mission: Help travelers start and end their journey stress-free. As a Parking Coordinator and Shuttle Driver, you’ll be the first friendly face passengers meet and the one who makes sure their ride to the terminal is smooth, safe, and on time. If you enjoy driving, helping people, and being part of the airport experience, this role is for you!

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • At least 21 years old
  • Friendly, reliable, and ready to help passengers with a smile
  • Comfortable driving a shuttle and assisting with luggage
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in parking operations, customer service, or transportation services, with experience as a shuttle driver preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate shuttle buses safely.
  • Must be 21 or older.
  • Knowledge of parking operations, customer service standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact with passengers professionally and address issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Ability to pass Federal Fingerprint Background Check - the Federal Fingerprint Background Check is not limited to 7 years but checks your entire lifetime. Felonies will not be cleared.
  • Ability to pass a 10 Panel Drug Test - The Full Panel Drug Test DOES include testing for THC. SAA is a drug free workplace.
  • Favorable Moving Violation Report (MVR) - The Moving Violation Report Check is checking for a DL suspension, several moving violations, DUIs, etc. to your current employer until you are confirmed clear.

  • Welcome and assist travelers with parking and directions
  • Perform parking gate cashiering functions, including handling payments and assisting customers at exit/entry points
  • Drive shuttle buses between lots and terminals—every ride matters
