About The Position

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a nationwide rental car outsourcing company, is hiring an Airport Shuttle Driver (Non-CDL) to support airport partners. The driver provides friendly, professional customer service while operating a shuttle van and maintaining a safe, timely route. The role also involves communicating with team members or management by radio or a similar device, helping guests with baggage, and periodically assisting with other operational functions. The position works under minimal supervision.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to repetitively lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service and professionalism to customers.
• Operate a radio or similar device to communicate with team members or management.
• Drive safely and maintain a timely shuttle route.
• Assist guests by lifting and carrying baggage on and off the shuttle van as needed.
