About The Position

Fast Park & Relax is seeking dependable, professional Shuttle Drivers to provide safe, reliable, timely, and courteous transportation for guests traveling between the parking facility and airport terminal. Drivers operate clean, well-maintained shuttle vehicles on established routes and schedules and contribute to a positive passenger experience. The facility operates 24/7, with evening and night shifts available; applicants should specify their availability. The role offers $10–$12 per hour, plus cash and non-cash tips. The position is full-time and located at 6655 Will Clayton Parkway, Humble, TX 77338. Drivers are expected to follow traffic laws, DOT regulations, company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards. They assist passengers with luggage, communicate with dispatchers and team members, maintain accurate records, inspect and keep vehicles orderly, and report incidents or mechanical issues promptly.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid driver's license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
Experience working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service.
Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations.
Excellent driving skills and a strong understanding of defensive driving techniques.
Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
Ability to navigate efficiently in various traffic conditions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with passengers, dispatchers, and staff.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous customer service.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues.
Ability to maintain accurate records and logs.
Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
Ability to assist passengers with luggage or other belongings and maintain a clean, organized vehicle.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a shuttle bus in compliance with traffic laws and DOT regulations.
Transport passengers between designated locations on established routes and schedules.
Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation, records, and logs.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report vehicle issues.
Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly.
Provide excellent customer service and courteously answer passenger questions.
Assist passengers with luggage and other belongings.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
Maintain a clean driving record and participate in required DOT and company training.
Report accidents or incidents immediately.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
