Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED and three (3) years in administrative support experience.
  • Administrative, clerical, customer service, or office support experience.
  • Basic computer and commotion skills.
  • Ability to work onsite NIWC Atlantic.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in administrative support for Commercial, Government or Private companies
  • Experience in administrative support for Government Contracts

Responsibilities

  • Process IT access requests in SWAT, ISSF, or similar systems
  • Review SAAR-Ns, DD2875s, training certificates, user agreements, and related forms for completeness
  • Maintain forms and supporting documentation in SharePoint or other document repositories
  • Monitor and respond to requests received through functional mailboxes
  • Answer incoming calls to the ISSM Office and Operations Team phone lines
  • Assist customers with NMCI, Flank Speed, CAC, RDT&E, and IT access questions
  • Assist walk-in customers with account access and documentation questions
  • Prepare and maintain training materials and related artifacts
  • Upload forms and supporting documentation into TWMS or similar systems when required
  • Attend meetings and internal training sessions
  • Perform work in accordance with Government policies and procedures
  • Keep manager and supervisors apprised of their progress
  • Maintain ability to work well with others
  • Adhere to contract requirements
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Meet deadlines and exercise good judgment
  • Effectively communicate with all team members
  • Effectively manage and prioritize taskings
