About The Position
This position is for an Accountant responsible for preparing accurate and timely third-party invoices, analyzing past due accounts, responding to customer requests, and preparing various reports. The role also involves monthly account reconciliations, serving as a backup for accounts payable, and distributing departmental communications. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 0-2 years’ experience
- Strong analytical skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- detail oriented
- good communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with NetSuite a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, timely third-party invoices in accordance with established schedule
- Analyze past due accounts and follow up with customers
- Respond to customer requests
- Prepare and distribute reports to business users and management
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting and ledger maintenance
- Serves as a backup for accounts payable
- Distribute departmental communications
- Other ad hoc analysis as needed
