About The Position
As one of Connecticut’s largest and most respected dealership networks, Executive Auto Group is committed to innovation, excellence, and supporting our people. We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our centralized accounting office in Wallingford.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive accounting.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems; CDK experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Nice To Haves
- CDK experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Process payroll and floor-plan payments.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain supporting schedules.
- Post deposits, invoices, and journal entries accurately and timely.
- Perform daily banking activities and support general accounting operations.
