Requirements

Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge required
Strong understanding of general accounting concepts
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with DMV registration and title processing preferred
1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred

Responsibilities

Process vehicle registrations, title work, and DMV-related paperwork accurately and efficiently
Assist with day-to-day accounting functions, data entry, and administrative tasks
Work in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other dealership systems daily
Maintain organized financial records, deal files, and supporting documentation
Support reporting, account reconciliation, and general office operations
Coordinate with sales, finance, service, and management teams to ensure paperwork is completed correctly and on time
Help keep dealership transactions moving smoothly from sale to registration
