About The Position
GEV Wind Power is seeking experienced in-field blade technicians to support confirmed wind energy projects planned for 2027. The company has secured campaigns across onshore and offshore projects in the USA, Canada, Taiwan, Japan, South Africa, Australia, the UK, and Europe, and is recruiting technicians for teams operating worldwide. Roles span multiple blade-service specialties and experience levels. Technicians help maintain turbine rotor blades, preserve their structural integrity, and prevent efficiency losses caused by erosion or damage. The work contributes to the reliability of wind turbines and the broader transition to sustainable energy.
Requirements
- Proven experience and credentials in one or more relevant in-field technician roles, such as Blade Repair Technician, Blade Inspection Technician, Complex Blade Technician, Composite Repair Technician, LEP Technician, LPS Technician, or PCU Technician.
Responsibilities
- Perform wind turbine blade work in the technician's area of expertise.
- Help preserve rotor-blade structural integrity and prevent energy losses caused by erosion or damage.
- Support wind turbine efficiency and reliability for clients across global projects.
