About The Position

Requirements

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ general warehouse experience
• Minimum 1 – 3 years’ of demonstrated staff leadership and motivation experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations
• Ability to effectively use the computer system to record materials received and shipped
• Physical ability to assist with warehouse operations
• Effective communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Comfort in facilitating meetings and communicating with leadership.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork within the warehouse to ensure work targets are met.
• Receive and store materials and supplies
• Entry of received items into SAP
• Pull stock to fulfill customer orders, utilizing forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Responsible for the branch On-Time Delivery performance and reporting.
• Prepare paperwork including shipping labels, quality documents, and instructions
• Perform quality checks to ensure quality compliance
• Lead daily cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
• Assist with EIS safety and compliance policy procedure documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse
• All other duties assigned and required
