About The Position

This role is responsible for checking built loads for accuracy, loading and unloading trucks. The Warehouse Worker Lead may load route trucks and semi-trailers with propane or battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required. This position may also involve general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other assigned tasks. The Lead directs the daily work flow of a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
• 1 year of warehouse experience
• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift from floor to over-head
• Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool
