About The Position

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Worker in West Jordan, Utah, to support warehouse and distribution operations for food and snack products. Multiple warehouse assignments are available, and new team members receive on-site training in procedures, safety expectations, and tasks that support daily distribution.

This physically active, fast-paced role involves moving and organizing products, stacking cases and building pallets, sorting and scanning merchandise, and assisting with product handling and shipment preparation. Workers maintain an orderly work area, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production expectations. The position includes repetitive work and requires attention to accuracy, consistency, and safe work habits.

The schedule begins at 7:00 AM and continues until work is finished; the work schedule is established at the time of hire. Pay is $20–$22 per hour, paid weekly. Benefits are available after 60 days of employment. Training, opportunities for additional responsibilities and internal openings, safety incentive programs, and potential opportunities to explore other assignments and locations are also offered.

Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift and handle items weighing up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to remain active and on their feet for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and completion of assigned work.
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety practices.
• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to different warehouse responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Reach truck or stand-up forklift experience is encouraged but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Move and organize products throughout the warehouse.
• Stack cases and build pallets according to operational requirements.
• Sort, scan, and prepare merchandise for the next stage of distribution.
• Assist with loading, unloading, product handling, and shipment preparation as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow warehouse safety procedures.
