Warehouse Worker
About The Position
WOW Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Worker at its Menasha Distribution Center. The role involves operating material handling equipment (MHE) to fulfill orders and manage warehouse inventory. Employees receive a paid two-week training program and ongoing mentorship, including support applying training to daily operations. The position is safety-sensitive, and WOW Logistics is a drug-free workplace. The shift is Monday through Friday, 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Base pay is $20.00 per hour, plus a $2.50-per-hour shift premium and performance incentive programs. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and work ethic, including readiness to work hard and contribute to the team.
- Dependability and a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Ability to safely lift 50–60 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous forklift experience; it is not required, and training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using material handling equipment.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely while following safety requirements and policies.
- Work independently or with others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency.
- Receive, store, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory records using RF scanning equipment.
