About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations in Durham, North Carolina. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse by handling packages, maintaining quality, and following safety protocols. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery while working collaboratively with the team.

The listed pay is $16.00 per hour. The schedule is Friday through Tuesday, from 3:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

The work takes place in a warehouse where temperatures vary by season. Workers must be able to remain on their feet and regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

Responsibilities
