About The Position

Amarr, part of ASSA ABLOY, is hiring a Warehouse Worker in Phoenix, Arizona. The position involves unloading, inspecting, staging, and loading products, as well as providing customer deliveries in a 26-foot box truck as needed. The work is physically demanding, with frequent heavy lifting and constant movement in a non-climate-controlled environment. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with occasional overtime. Pay is $24–$26 per hour, based on factors including skills, experience, training, licensure, and certifications. Additional compensation may include driving and target bonuses.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and at least one year of driving experience.
• Be able to perform heavy, repetitive lifting of 50–75 pounds and maintain constant movement.
• Pass all DOT requirements, including a physical and background screening, and have a motor vehicle record that meets Amarr driver standards.
• Be able to read and speak English in accordance with DOT guidelines.
• Demonstrate a history of steady employment.

Responsibilities

• Unload and inspect incoming products, often by hand and weighing 50–75 pounds.
• Pull, stage, and load products for customers while providing excellent service.
• Make deliveries in a 26-foot box truck as needed.
• Assist with inventory and damage control.
