About The Position
MotorCity Supplies Inc. is seeking a full-time, in-person Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for various warehouse operations, including order picking, inventory management, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $18.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in warehousing, shipping/receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
- Forklift certification required.
- Ability to lift and move boxes and materials frequently throughout the day.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment and delivery.
- Receive incoming inventory and stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment of stock.
- Load, unload, and move products and materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, in a safe manner.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
- Follow all company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
