About The Position

The Warehouse Shipping Associate reads and understands work orders, locates and picks items from storage areas, and packs items for shipment. The role pulls and follows customer orders, verifies merchandise against work orders, and finalizes and fulfills shipments. It operates warehouse equipment and internal RF scanners while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

The position is performed in a manufacturing environment and involves regularly lifting up to 75 pounds, as well as walking, standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant work experience are preferred.

Requirements

• Able to multitask and prioritize.
• Effective time-management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with part numbers and counting elements in a moving environment; capable of multitasking.
• Able to work independently or with others to complete tasks.
• Able to read and write English.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull and follow customer orders.
• Verify merchandise is correct for the work order and finalize and fulfill the shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, WAV Lift, and pallet jacks.
• Use internal RF scanners to access and document records.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
