About The Position

Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver for its branch at 243-C Quigley Blvd, New Castle, DE 19720. The position pulls and delivers products to customer-designated locations, providing timely, accurate, safe, and reliable service. The role also processes orders, handles incoming shipments, supports warehouse duties between deliveries, and collaborates with the Branch Operations Manager on company vehicle performance and maintenance. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of prior warehouse work experience or experience in a related position.
• At least 1 year of prior delivery driving work experience or experience in a related position.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current and valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals.
• Customer-focused attitude and friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of prior warehouse work experience or experience in a related position.
• At least 1 year of prior delivery driving experience with an emphasis on operating box or flatbed trucks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver products to customer offices, plants, or jobsites using non-CDL trucks, with a focus on timeliness and efficiency.
• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare customer sales orders for shipment, delivery, or customer pickup; process and prioritize orders.
• Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders, warehouse transfers, and shipping documentation, ensuring shipments go to the correct customers.
• Use knowledge of the local geographic market to optimize delivery routes and enhance customer service.
• Assist with other warehouse duties when not engaged in delivery activities.
• Collaborate with the Branch Operations Manager to support the performance and maintenance of company vehicles used for field operations.
