About The Position

The Warehouse Associate primarily supports production of insulation products by loading and unloading products and materials from trucks, operating a forklift, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The position also serves as a backup driver when needed, delivering products to job sites according to a provided schedule. Employees whose role requires driving as an essential function must maintain a valid license and an acceptable driving record under the company’s insurance provider requirements.

Requirements

• One year of verifiable commercial driving experience within the last five years is required.
• Must maintain a driving record that meets the company’s insurance requirements.
• Must obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Must be able to lift materials up to 50 lbs.
• Employees whose positions require driving as an essential job function must maintain a valid license and an acceptable driving record under the company’s insurance provider requirements.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Forklift operating experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Ensure truck maintenance standards are met.
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections.
• Complete daily DOT logs in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Process paperwork such as tickets and bills of lading.
• Provide backup driving and deliver products to job sites according to a provided schedule.
