West Villa Animal Hospital is a well-established, progressive, and fast-paced 2.5-doctor small animal veterinary hospital proudly serving Kearney, Nebraska since 1979. Our veterinary team is committed to providing exceptional medicine with a focus on wellness, compassion, and innovation. As a Fear Free Certified veterinary practice, we are dedicated to reducing stress for our patients while strengthening the bond between pets and their families. Every Veterinarian at West Villa is supported by a collaborative team environment that encourages mentorship, professional growth, and medical autonomy. Our advanced veterinary facility provides every Veterinarian with the tools needed to deliver outstanding patient care.
Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- License (or ability to become licensed) to practice in Nebraska.
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive wellness and emergency care.
- Perform soft tissue and orthopedic surgery.
- Offer urgent care services.
- Conduct in-house laboratory diagnostics.
- Utilize digital full-body radiology.
- Perform ultrasonography.
- Participate in on-call duties, including Wednesday nights and every 3rd weekend (shared among doctors).
