About The Position

GardaWorld Cash Services, a leading cash services and armored car company, is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee its armored transportation and cash processing facility. This role requires a security-conscious individual with prior experience in cash services and profit and loss (P&L) management. A strong understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines is preferred, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and strong people skills and leadership experience are essential.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience in transportation or a related field.
  • Knowledge/experience in Supply Chain logistics, routing, and driver supervision.
  • A valid state driver’s license.
  • Must maintain an acceptable driving record per company standards.
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a firearm license.
  • Ability to give clear oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to train and lead armored and CVS employees.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.
  • Outlook, PowerPoint and Access knowledge is required.
  • Must be able to work with spreadsheets.
  • Must obtain knowledge of the Armored Car Personnel Work Rules or branch labor agreements, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, state guard and gun regulations and Company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all branch employees, including supervisors, driver/messengers, and vault employees.
  • Recruit and train new employees.
  • Reward, coach, and counsel employees.
  • Ensure employee qualifications meet Department of Transportation guidelines and state/county guard and weapons requirements.
  • Manage daily vehicle assignments, ensuring vehicle safety and fitness.
  • Supervise vault personnel and assist in the vault when needed.
  • Fill-in on Armored and/or ATM routes when needed.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for team members.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
