About The Position
This is a child care center role focused on supporting children’s daily care and learning. The Assistant Teacher helps maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom while following licensing guidelines and company standards. The role also involves developing skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children, communicating effectively with families, and completing extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
Requirements
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
- Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
Responsibilities
- Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
- Maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom.
- Develop the ability to observe, assess, and plan for children.
