About The Position

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to support preschool children’s learning and development in a childcare center. The role involves creating interactive learning experiences, mentoring fellow teachers, promoting children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth, and leading classroom management and curriculum implementation. The Lead Teacher is also expected to know and follow applicable licensing guidelines and company standards, and build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
