About The Position

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in digital product design.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken) to work effectively with our clients.
• Mastery of accessibility principles and AI fundamentals, and knowledge of how AI can transform products and processes.
• Contagious enthusiasm for design; enjoy sharing discoveries with colleagues and collaborating on various projects.
• Passion for digital solutions of all kinds and a commitment to building high-quality products.
• Proactive and autonomous, with a desire to explore beyond static mockups.
• Proficiency in using and learning design tools on OS X (Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Interest in expanding skills into sound design, animation, user research, testing, or other areas.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients throughout the creation process and gather the necessary information to properly kick off projects.
• Create design deliverables while respecting the project's objectives and constraints: user flows, wireframes, proofs of concept, rapid prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, animations, etc.
• Integrate accessibility from day one to ensure inclusive experiences for all users.
• Leverage artificial intelligence (MidJourney, GPT, etc.) to accelerate content creation: wireframes, user flows, visuals (images, videos), copy, and interactive prototypes.
• Present and articulate your work to your clients and colleagues, clearly explaining the reasoning behind your design decisions.
• Work with product managers (PO) and the research team to define products and develop its long-term vision.
• Participate in user testing, analyze results, and measure product performance alongside the research team.
• Collaborate closely with the developers to bring web and mobile applications to life.
• Support business development through estimates, pitches, and client proposals.
• Manage your time and priorities across multiple projects.
