About The Position

The Common Law Section is seeking candidates who are leaders in the legal profession. This course aims to develop, in an integrated manner, legal research and writing skills and advocacy competencies, taught through various experiential learning methods. Requirements

  • LL.B., J.D. degree or equivalent.
  • Member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in French (language of instruction).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior teaching experience.
  • Competence in a second language (English).

Responsibilities

  • Teach Compétences (Partie 1 de 2) (CML16111 Section C00) for the 2026 Fall Semester.
  • Develop and deliver course content using various experiential learning methods.
  • Integrate legal research, writing, and advocacy skills into the curriculum.
