Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the sourcing function — establishing sourcing strategy, operating standards from the ground up; serve as the primary architect of UGI's proactive talent acquisition capability.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and hard-to-fill roles ahead of requisition activity; ensure the TA team has warm, qualified candidates ready when hiring needs arise.

  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize sourcing intelligence platforms, ATS/CRM tools, and AI-powered sourcing solutions; establish usage standards and ensure data integrity across the team.
  • Define, track, and report on sourcing performance metrics — outreach volume, response rates, pipeline conversion, source of hire, and time-to-pipeline; use data to continuously refine strategy and demonstrate ROI.
  • Conduct talent mapping for key roles and functions — understanding where talent lives, who competitors are, and what candidates care about; identify talent trends and flag emerging skill gaps or hard-to-fill markets to TA leadership.
