  • Proven ability to recruit senior technical talent personally.
  • Data-driven operating style, presenting pipeline reviews with quantitative data.
  • Experience tracking pass-through rates, conversion by stage, and sourcing yield.
  • Experience managing teams across multiple geographies (US and Canada preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the EPD Talent team, managing Talent Partners and Coordinators across Montreal, Toronto, and San Francisco.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and calibration sessions with the team.
  • Set clear performance expectations and ensure accountability.
  • Own EPD recruiting outcomes, including the full hiring plan for Engineering, Product, and Design.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates, and quality of hire.
  • Present recruiting performance data to the VP of Talent and EPD leadership weekly.
  • Manage a personal requisition load for senior and leadership hires, including Staff+ engineers, engineering managers, senior PMs, and design leads.
  • Build the operating system for EPD recruiting, defining coverage models, capacity planning, stage SLAs, and debrief standards.
  • Standardize inconsistent processes and document tribal knowledge.
  • Partner with EPD leadership on hiring strategy, including calibrated intakes and quarterly headcount planning.
  • Advise on role scoping, leveling, and market positioning.
