About The Position

Lead a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition (TAq) Partners across a US hub or site, reporting to the Head of Americas TAq Partnering. Take ownership for developing the team through coaching, ensuring they operate as trusted recruiting business partners and advisors. Oversee resource and capacity planning to deliver the hiring demand forecast across all talent and skill segments, collaborating closely with HRBPs, Global TAq Leads, TAq COEs and the International Experience team. Drive consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes that balance speed, quality and cost, while elevating the experience for candidates and hiring managers. Act as a key global point of contact for a business area, leading projects, embedding new technologies and processes, and using data and market insights to shape strategy and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Expertise in driving full life cycle recruitment solutions cross functionally including talent attraction, assessment, and offer.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and performance-develop a team of TAq Partners, building their capability as Talent Advisors and ensuring regular one-to-ones, feedback, and career development support.
  • Partner with the Americas Lead to plan and deliver meetings, training, communications, and engagement activities that keep the team aligned and motivated.
  • Ensure the team delivers end-to-end recruitment in line with global standards, creating a level playing field for all candidates and embedding consistent assessment approaches.
  • Act as aligned point of contact for designated business areas, Global TAq Leads, HRBPs and senior leaders, translating demand plans into actionable hiring strategies.
  • Champion the use of AI-driven tools and digital platforms, adopting and embedding new technologies to improve speed, equity, and experience across the hiring lifecycle.
  • Lead or delegate local and global projects that enhance talent attraction, assessment, candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Use data, dashboards, and market intelligence (including Power BI) to inform recruitment strategies, identify improvement opportunities, and provide insight-led consulting to stakeholders.
  • Ensure recruitment services comply with global recruitment standards, local policies, and country-specific regulations.
  • Drive proactive talent engagement by overseeing sourcing strategies in partnership with Attraction, Sourcing and Assessment COEs, including referrals, networks, events, and external advertising.
  • Support conference and external event strategies in country to build talent pipelines across key segments.
  • Build deep understanding of supported business areas, markets, and talent segments to inform credible conversations with leaders and prospective candidates.
  • Develop team capability in offer negotiation and total reward understanding, working with International Experiences and Reward COEs on mobility, immigration, and market benchmarking.
  • Lead early talent recruitment activities within the market, including conference strategies and support on challenges.
  • Provide thought leadership on talent, skills, and talent acquisition to HR colleagues, hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Act as an escalation point for HRBPs, Global TAq Leads and business leaders on complex hiring or process issues.
  • Support vendor management by ensuring third-party providers meet procurement and policy standards and by recommending partners that best meet business needs.
