We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Team Lead to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and consistently positive recruiting experience. While remaining an individual contributor, this role serves as a functional lead and primary point of contact for other Talent Acquisition Coordinators, providing guidance, training, and day-to-day support. This position partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, department leaders, and administrative partners to support hiring efforts across the organization. All coordinators, including this role, report directly to the Talent Acquisition Operations Leader.
