Noble is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team at our Corporate Office in Houston, Texas. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless and professional hiring experience by providing high-quality coordination, administrative support, and candidate care across both onshore and offshore recruitment activities. In this role, you will work closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors, hiring managers, and HR partners to ensure recruiting processes run efficiently from job posting through onboarding. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar role
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Workday highly preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering positive candidate experiences

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day coordination support for full-cycle recruitment across corporate, technical, and offshore roles
  • Manage and assist in interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
  • Prepare and post job requisitions in Workday and manage postings on internal and external job boards
  • Manage the documentation of processes, both existing and new, for use by the TA team. Proactively recommend process improvement suggestions and work with stakeholders to socialize and implement changes.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, medicals, onboarding documentation, and other pre-hire requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition records in Workday
  • Support offer preparation, approvals, and onboarding coordination in partnership with TA Advisors
  • Assist with recruitment reporting, metrics tracking, and process documentation
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to ensure timely and compliant hiring practices
  • Support campus recruiting, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives as needed
  • Take on additional projects or duties as assigned to support the broader Talent Acquisition team
