Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Employees must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication skills
  • 100% attendance is required - schedule will be built between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday hours.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate seamlessly with teammates and stakeholders.
  • Source candidates on various job boards
  • Screen candidates via Microsoft Teams and in person
  • Schedule onsite interview for Operations
  • Greet candidates onsite and assist with assessment and interview process
  • Follow up with candidates regarding their onboarding process
  • Partner with Operations to create and implement a talent acquisition strategy for identifying internal and external talent.
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, internet sites; providing organizational information, opportunities; benefits and maintaining rapport.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, interviewing applicants and consistent set of qualifications.
  • Manage and administer application processes including screening, paperwork, relevant testing, reference checking, background/credit checks, company systems, and recordkeeping, in compliance with EEO standards and company expectations.
  • Complete and accurately maintain required recruiting reports.
  • Administer inventory/orders related to recruitment advertising, testing tools, and other resources utilized for recruiting purposes.

  • React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
  • Perform additional duties as required by management
