As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Parloa, you’ll play a key role in supporting our ambitious growth plans across the U.S. and beyond. This role is built for someone who enjoys execution, thrives in fast-moving environments and takes ownership of delivering strong hiring outcomes. You won’t just fill roles, you’ll help us scale the team that’s building the future of AI-driven customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth (scale-up) environment
  • A proven track record of hitting hiring goals and delivering against key recruiting metrics
  • Strong data literacy, with the ability to use insights to guide decisions and improve funnel performance
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting tools like Greenhouse and Ashby
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates in competitive markets
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple roles in parallel
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • A bias toward action you move fast, stay focused and get things done
  • Based in New York and able to work from the office 2–3 days per week

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and Product roles, with a focus on building high-talent-density teams at scale
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to move searches forward quickly, aligning on priorities, profiles, and decision making
  • Build and maintain high-quality, high-volume pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping and targeted outreach
  • Deliver against key recruiting metrics, including retention, time-to-fill, pipeline conversion and offer acceptance rate
  • Operate with urgency, balancing speed and quality to consistently land strong hires in competitive markets
  • Create a smooth, engaging candidate experience from first touch through close
  • Apply structured and inclusive hiring practices to support consistent decision-making
  • Contribute to evolving recruiting workflows, tools, and processes to support scale and improve efficiency over time
