About The Position
As a Systems Engineer, working with custom software built in-house, for our Cyber group, you’ll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for developing mission-critical NSA-certified Cybersecurity devices in a rapidly growing product line. You’ll be working at the cutting edge of Cybersecurity and high-speed data. This role is fully on-site and part of the Taunton Cyber Engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
- 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- U.S. citizenship is required.

- Extensive experience with DOORs
- Long development lifecycle and product lifespans, requiring maintenance and regular technology refresh

Responsibilities

- Ability to define the scope, schedule, and expectations for the work you execute.
- Shows initiative on assignments and executes projects with little guidance and can provide technical direction and leadership.
- Ability to write CONOPS, Specifications or Requirements and derive into software design, code, test plans, and then execute Systems level testing/debugging.
- Proficiency with Systems and Test tools supporting testing in a lab environment.
- Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
