About The Position

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Asset and Wealth Management or a related financial services business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information and deliver clear, concise messages.
• Collaborative, intellectually curious, and solutions-oriented approach; strong initiative; comfort navigating ambiguity; and ability to build effective relationships across functions, regions, and levels of seniority.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using qualitative and quantitative information to identify insights, evaluate options, and support decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and the firm’s AI and automation tools.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling highly sensitive or confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Head of Product Strategy and Development, management team members, and business stakeholders to execute key priorities and define business needs in the context of short- and long-term objectives.
• Create, manage, and help prepare presentations for senior management, Town Halls, business reviews, team updates, and other forums and audiences.
• Plan and facilitate management and global team meetings, including agendas, materials, key takeaways, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain core business management materials, including organizational charts, team overviews, strategic priorities, and recurring management reporting.
• Track key deliverables and follow-ups to drive projects from planning through completion.
• Build connectivity across the organization by participating in relevant forums, synthesizing key takeaways, and sharing information with appropriate stakeholders.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve team effectiveness, streamline processes, and leverage technology and automation.
