About The Position

DoorDash for Business is building a corporate dining and benefits platform that helps companies feed their teams through products and meal programs. The Senior Associate will help grow and operate Self-Serve Meal Manager, a free product that automates recurring meals for teams and offices. The product is self-serve and product-led: customers discover it, sign up, configure a calendar, and decide whether to continue without a sales representative. The role focuses on improving the customer journey across acquisition, activation, and retention. It combines analysis, growth operations, customer support, and product partnership. The successful candidate will identify problems in data, investigate their causes, and drive solutions through to implementation. The role’s scope and ownership are expected to expand as the product scales. The position reports to the Manager, Strategy & Operations for DoorDash for Business and may be performed remotely or in a hybrid arrangement, depending on preference.
