About The Position

DoorDash for Business is building a corporate dining and benefits platform that helps companies feed their teams through products and meal programs. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations for DoorDash for Business and may be performed remotely or in a hybrid arrangement, depending on preference.

  • Clear communication and ability to influence Dashers, operators, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership.
  • Willingness to work hands-on in operational details and personally run tests to determine what works.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end catering delivery quality, including on-time arrival, accurate drop-off and setup, and a clean handoff.
  • Develop and test logistics approaches for catering, including Dasher selection, batching, timing, equipment, and handoff.
  • Investigate individual deliveries, speak with Dashers and customers, identify root causes of breakdowns, and turn findings into operational fixes.
  • Build automated workflows to identify where catering deliveries break down and use AI to make analysis and operational fixes repeatable and scalable.
