About The Position

DoorDash for Business is building a corporate dining and benefits platform that helps companies provide food programs for their teams. The Senior Associate will help grow and operate Self-Serve Meal Manager, a free product that automates recurring meals for teams and offices. Customers discover and use the product without a sales representative, so the role focuses on improving the self-serve funnel across acquisition, activation, and retention. This is a versatile, hands-on role combining analysis, growth operations, customer support, and product partnership. The Senior Associate will diagnose problems using data, determine root causes, and drive solutions from testing through rollout. The role’s scope and ownership are expected to grow as the product scales. The position reports to the Manager, Strategy & Operations for DoorDash for Business and may be performed remotely or in a hybrid arrangement, depending on preference.

Requirements

  • Comfort and skill in customer-facing work, including writing clear emails, handling frustrated customers, and resolving issues with empathy and ownership.
  • A product mindset, including the ability to recognize patterns in customer issues, assess urgency, and make a case to product partners.
  • Regular, highly comfortable use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar to automate workflows, analyze data, and support decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • Identify patterns across individual customer issues and communicate their severity and metric impact to product and engineering teams.
