About The Position
We are a Japanese accounting firm seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Accounting or Tax Staff (Entry Level) to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career candidates who are interested in building a career in accounting and/or tax.
Requirements
- No prior experience required
- Accounting major or relevant academic background preferred
- Strong interest in accounting and/or tax field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Japanese-English bilingual required
Responsibilities
- Support accounting and/or tax-related services for clients
- Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and general ledger tasks
- Support preparation of financial statements and reports
- Assist with tax preparation and related documentation
- Communicate with team members and support daily operations
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data accuracy
