About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing.
• Advance proficiency in spreadsheet applications such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical abilities, and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communications along with customer service skills.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Must have computer skills to communicate and process data.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorships are available.
• Must be able to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Candidates must successfully pass a post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen, physical and E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of data
• Investigation of discrepancies
• Period End assigned reports
• Yield Preparation
• PO/DO reconciliation
• Analyze inventory usage, operational variances and cycle count results to limit the frequency of adjustments and swings regarding ending inventory and production performance.
• Provide leadership and support to the plant accounting team encouraging development and growth within the department.
• Serve as a committee member for facility projects and capital expenditure requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
